Vi hyr inte ut för en dag, då extra avgift på 15 000:-. The space The BBQ is available all year round. Gas for the BBQ is not included in the price. The guest house is normally closed during winter and in full use rest of the year, however it can be heated as it has radiators inside. The guest house have two separate bedrooms, the main house has one master bedroom and two beds in the open floor planning which is integrated with the living room space. The guest house Don’t have a toilette. Scandinavian house set right by a lake, surrounded by multiple nature reserves and lakes. Good base to explore Stockholm city & still stay in a peaceful area. A famous trekking route called "Sörmlandsleden" passes by outside the house. Very popular mansion & restaurant, Sundby Gård, is situated 3 km from house. A large, private pontoon is moored by the lake. The pontoon can be furnished like a lounge and is perfect to host dinners and drinks and to sunbath. Party We do not accept parties. If you would like to have a celebration or a company conference you have to check with us first. Animal We accept animals. But not all animals and not too many. You have to ask and we have to have an agreement. Bed linen, towels We have quality bedlinen that we are happy to provide. And new nice towels. Cleaning All guests must clean the house after visit and before check-out. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment is provided in the house. The guest should not leave any garbage. Vi har larm för säkerhet, Verisure larm utan kamera men med brandlarm. Guest access There are two houses. You have access to both houses. You have access to the boat. Ping pong table. The raft and trampoline. The pool and a large lawn. You have a large parking lot outside the house. Other things to note Please note that if you require to use the garden house during winter we need to activate heating in the garden house. Pleas note that we sometimes change the interior arrangement for the guest's needs, please check with us before you arrive.
