The space Within a fully renewed apartment building, this apartment has great sun exposure. This studio is a cozy space, with all you can expect: air conditioned, a balcony were you can smoke, a fully functional kitchenette, a very comfortable bed, a flat TV with cable international channels and a small workspace. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, from a coffee machine, water kettle, microwave oven, toaster and stove top, all utensils necessary for a home cooked meal can be found like pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. In this apartment, you can enjoy the beautiful balcony. This fantastic location allows a quick access on foot to all the wine experience, the Douro, the main touristic spots in Porto, like the iconic Palácio da Bolsa, Lello Bookshop, the Clérigos Tower and the Ribeira. In the listing, you'll see photos of two distinct decors for two apartments. One on the second floor, the other on the third floor. Either one could be the assigned apartment. We'll let you know the assignment when we send you the check-in information. Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities of the apartment. The nearest private car park is the Historic Center car park, 1 minute walk from the apartment. It costs approximately 18€ per day (updated in January 2024). Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., however, we always try to have the apartment ready before then. In the meantime, if you wish, you can leave your bags at our office, in front of the Aliados metro station, at: Praça General Humberto Delgado, nº267, piso SL, sala 10, Porto Other things to note Please note that the tourist tax is payable on the accommodation: 2,5 euros per person per night (up to 7 nights). Invoice will be issued in the name of the final customer. If you need an invoice with another name, it must be requested until the day of check-in.
