Beautiful, nautical and comfortable, detached villa on Kaag island, surrounded by lakes. The large and comfortable house is suitable for families, who prefer to enjoy an active vacation and at the same time relax. The living and open kitchen are spacious and light with a beautiful view on the polders of the Kaag. Three bedrooms offer room to 4 to 5 guests. One large bathroom. The basement offers opportunities for chilling. The house is surrounded by a veranda and has a large and quiet garden. The space The house offers room for a family, friends and holiday life. The house facilitates a sportive and outdoor lifestyle. The living and kitchen are large and light with the eastern morning sun coming in early. The kitchen is great for cooking . The veranda is a great place to drink you first morning coffee. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a double sink, a bath, a toilet and a spectacular view on the polder and the lakes. Three bedrooms offer room to 4 or 5 people. One bedroom has a queen size bed, one bedroom has a 1.40 meter bed and one bedroom has a 1.20 bed. A study as well as a separate large working space are available for those who need to work or concentrate. The house has a mooring for at least one boat. Please be aware that there is no boat available that includes the rent. The harbor has direct access to the lakes. Due to height differences between the house and the garden and an open stairs to the basement in the living, we would not recommend the house to families with crawling and / or very young children. The garden is green and private. It offers sun and shadow all day round. It is great for relaxing and enjoying nature but it is also suitable for a soccer game. The house offers a separate study (first floor) which can be closed as well a workspace with large working space on the first floor. Guest access The house stands on the island Kaag, Zuid-Holland. The ferry operates 24x7 and is reliable. the The house is direct on the lakes of the Kaag. It features parking storage for 2 cars on the premises and a mooring for one boat. Other things to note On the island there are no shops. Shops are nearby on a 15 minutes drive in several surrounding villages. Furthermore, shopping can be done with the boat in Sassenheim.
