The space In a fully renovated environment, on the fifth floor of a building in the heart of the city, we created a perfectly functional and modern space, with a special personality, able to accommodate up to four (4) guests. The space consists of one large bedroom (about 20 sqm), living room-kitchen, bathroom, storage room and has smart TV, wi-fi 50 mbps, balcony, double bed 160x200, 32cm thick mattress with independent springs (pocket), three-seater sofa bed for two people, work desk, table, chairs, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen, autonomous heating and air conditioning, washing machine, all necessary electrical appliances and utilitarian items (e.g. iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, hair dryer, etc.). At the 5th floor of a downtown building we created a fully renovated, modern and functional suite ready to accomodate up to four (4) persons. There is a large bedroom (approx. 20 sq.m.), unified kitchen and livingroom, bathroom and a rest room. It is fully equiped with smart TV, fast wi-fi 50 mbps, balcony, double bed 160x200, mattress 32 cm width with separate coils (pocket), three seater sofa double bed, working space, table, chairs, fully equiped bathroom and kitchen, autonomous heating (natural gas), air-conditioning, washing machine and all necessary electrical devices and utilities (iron, ironing board, hair dryer, etc). Other things to note Our New Safety Rules Under Covid-19 For us your well-being and safety goes first. In order to proactively confront the challenges, we have developed a New Safety Rules’ Protocol which contains the following : • Αll areas and all surfaces are being cleaned and disinfected thoroughly with adequate antiseptic products before the arrival of a new guest • Special and careful disinfection is made to all separate instruments and tools such as light switches, handles and grips, all electrical devices, all accessories, keys, etc • Use of additional time for the proper ventilation of the area • All linens and towels are being cleaned and disinfected at the highest temperature • With all the above in mind, we have decided to extend by one hour the period between the check-out of the previous and the check-in of the new guest, for the adequate preparation of the area. With the new temporary rules check-out should be made by 11:00 and check-in starts at 15:00. • Check-in without extensive physical contact. You pick-up the keys, which have been disinfected, from a person at the entrance in a plastic sleeve and you get in to the house by yourself. You will have full and detail guidance and explanations for anything you may need from us through alternative ways as you wish (via phone, mail, etc). You will never feel abandoned. • We deliver to you free of charge all necessary protection tools and safety materials such as protection masks, protection gloves and hand sanitizer. In addition to the above rules, the safety of our guests is enhanced by : • The separate entrance at each of our houses that guarantees the free entry and exit of the guest without getting in touch with anyone • The absence of services such as daily cleaning and change of linens, room service, reception and other services which eliminates the interaction with other people • Furthermore, the autonomous and separate living at our houses eliminates the risk to get in trap and be enclosed in quarantine, as this may happen to a multi-complex environment, if any incident of virus occurred to any third person.
