Light and airy renovated Guest House with separate entrance in a rural setting, between villages of Pirbright, Worplesdon and Normandy with views of field/garden. Located 8 minutes drive outside Guildford, 6 miles from Woking, close to Surrey Sports Park, great train service to London. Beautiful surrounding countryside for walks/cycling - walk from property to local pub. Great spot to visit friends, Surrey, Hampshire and west/south west side of London. The space Set away from the hub of busy life, yet close enough to the towns of Guildford, Woking and Godalming. No noise or light pollution set in beautiful countryside. Located 1/2 mile down a track away from the road. Guest access Guests have access to two spacious double bedrooms, a communal living area with sofas, smart TV and dining area and a mezzanine floor with a further double bed. There is a travertine bathroom with large walk in shower and a kitchen with kettle, nespresso coffee maker, oven, induction hob and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Iron and ironing board provided too. There is a separate front door to the building and plenty of parking. There is table tennis and table football in the mezzanine area. Other things to note There are two dogs - one old golden retriever and one black Labrador. The TV is a netflix/apple smart TV. There is outdoor seating/dining for your exclusive use with seat cushions stored in a wicker basket in the Lodge.
