I live in one of six units in Acropolis Cooperative. Each unit owns their own space and we all own a share in the building. The building is 2-story brick, built in the early 1900's, initially our neighborhood elementary school. It was converted in the 1970's to living space, retaining the original windows, floors and many other architectural elements of the school house. The space My space had been called eclectic - it's a combination for shabby chic, antiques and whimsy.
