A beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, mews-style house part of purpose built holiday complex and riding centre set in acres of countryside just outside Newport. Sleeping up to 6 with large living/dining/kitchen room. Master bedroom, twin bedroom and bunk bed room upstairs with family bathroom and additional shower room and WC on ground floor. Adjacent parking with children's play area and surrounding paddocks with sheep and horses. The space Warrior is accessed off of the pedestrian walkway surrounding the landscaped courtyard and has a low level threshold. The ground floor features an open plan living/dining/kitchen and is ideal for modern family living with a dining table and chairs for 6, ample seating and well equipped modern kitchen which includes a large fridge-freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. A Smart TV with Freeview is linked to the free WiFi providing a choice of media entertainment. An additional ground floor shower room with WC is ideal for larger groups. The first floor has a master bedroom with king size bed and in addition there is a large twin room, a third bedroom with full size bunk beds and family bathroom with basin, WC and a bath with a shower over. With an 'eco-friendly' ethos, the Centre itself boasts solar water heating, rainwater harvesting and a bacteria based waste water treatment facility which requires the management of the type of washing detergents that can be used and therefore an onsite laundry facility within the quadrangle is provided together with a supply of the appropriate washing detergents. To ensure the safety of our guests an integrated smoke and fire alarm system with emergency lighting is connected throughout all of the accommodation and linked to an emergency phone line. Ample parking is provided in the car park adjacent to the accommodation and an electric charging point is available free to all guests. A communal area with seating overlooking a small paddock housing some of our Shetland ponies is available for all guests as is the children’s area which features play equipment and football goals. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the whole house and garden. The complex has 10 further houses sharing a communal car park and children's play area. The accommodation is set in over 40 acres which includes an unrivalled equestrian centre where guests can choose from lessons and group activities suitable for beginners up to advanced riders.
