The villa is unique in its own way, starting from both the interior and exterior design of the house and its comfort, to our vast and breathtaking garden A home soaked up with modern and vintage charm. A fairytale place where you can take a short break away from daily bustle, where you can enjoy coffee in the shade of an old walnut tree. Our guests will love it here due to the comfort we will be providing for them and the peacefulness of the garden that they get to enjoy. The space Our villa is located 2,2 km from Breaza city center. 5 rooms wait for our guests, can accommodate 10 adults. Kids until 5 inclusive can sleep for free in the existing bed. Additional foldable beds can be provided on request. All rooms have its own bathrooms, TVs and queen size beds. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests for cooking and a living room for serving the meals. The guests can access the pavilion with BBQ area and a big garden. If you're looking to visit somewhere not too far from our villa, we suggest trying out the Equestrian Center, Golf course Lac de Verde, and local hiking excursions. Also not to far by car or train, is the famous Peles Castle in Sinaia (takes about half an hour) and Ski slopes. There is no option to rent entire villa without servicing stuff. The villa has its own gastronomical point where the guests can order breakfast, lunch and dinner. For this the guests should inform 48 hours before arrival if they wish to have any meal. HOUSE RULES: read carefully and make a reservation only if you agree on those rules. Once you make the reservation, you are legally responsible for breaking the rules: 1. RESPECT THE PEACE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 2. The rule also applies inside if the guesthouse is rented by different groups. MUST BE AWARE OF THE QUITE HOURS 13:00 - 16:00 AND 22:00 - 08:00. Is totally forbiden music playing and loud talking between these hours outside in the garden. The guest can do this in the acceptable limits, at the interior with closed doors. 5. KEEP THE UNIT CLEAN, DO NOT SERVE OR STORE FOOD IN ROOMS. KEEP CLEAN AND DO NOT BRING FOOD IN THE ROOMS. FOR THIS YOU HAVE KITCHEN. 6. NO VANDALIZATE TREES, PLANTS OR PENSION INVENTORY DO NOT BREAK TREES, THEY'RE FRUITS, THE PLANTS OR THE INVENTORY OF THE VILLA. AT THE END OF THE STAY ANY DAMAGES WILL BE PAID BY GUESTS. 7. DO NOT USE THE WOOD ON THE PERIMETER OF THE UNIT UNLESS THEY HAVE BEEN OFFERED TO YOU. IS FORBIDEN TO USE ANY STORED WOODS ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS WAS OFFERED BY OWNERS 8. CAMPFIRE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. IS FORBIDEN ANY OPEN FIRE ON THE PROPERTY 9. SMOKING IN ROOMS OR ON BALCONIES IS NO SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDEN IN THE ROOMS AND ON TH EROOM BALCONY. SMOKING IS ALLOWED ONLY IN SPECIAL AREA ON THE TERASE AND PAVILION OUTSIDE. 10. CHILDREN WILL BE SUPERVISED BY PARENTS. THE KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED BY PARENTS. FOR ANY ACCIDENT ON OUR PROPERTY, PARENTS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE. 11. ACCESS INSIDE THE BAR IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. FOR ORDERS ARE CALLED SERVICE STAFF. 12. NO PETS ALLOWED 13. WATCH THE KIDS NOT TO VANDALIZETHE PROPERTY. THE PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.
