Elpida - breathtaking view

Elpida is a beautiful, quiet home with breathtaking panoramic views over Mochlos and beyond - all you hear is the sound of the sea. Many guests spend their time on the large terrace, chatting with their friends and family with food and wine. They enjoy the view, the tranquility, the ever changing colors and the magnificent starry sky. The space I designed the house and the facility to integrate modern amenities into the simplicity, feeling and spirit of nature. The solar panels supply all electricity and hot water. The way the air flows through the property makes air conditioning unnecessary. In your welcome package, in addition to wine, cookies and fruits from the region, you can also enjoy 5 liters of the purest water from the nearby spring. The Elpida house is architecturally designed to consist of two adjoining parts. A main living area (Elpida 3) with a bedroom (queen-size bed), a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a bathroom (shower + toilet), a second separate toilet and a storage room. The second house (Elpida 2) has two bedrooms (queen size bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The first house can be rented for up to 2 people and one child. If the group is larger, the second house can accommodate up to four more people. Hairdryers, towels, bed linens and beach towels are provided. In a few minutes you can reach the small bay for swimming, the harbor and Mochlos with its original taverns with traditional Cretan cuisine and fresh fish. The road to the property is paved except for the last 50 meters. The path is steep, but can be managed with any car. I'd be happy to meet you in Mochlos and show you the way.
