Cosy and Comfortable - SVAR Tiny House!

Our Nordic tiny house embraces simple but cosy and comfortable living for vacation or work base. It is uniquely located in a quiet residential area close to the historical city centre of Roskilde (1,3 km) - and only a short train ride from Copenhagen. Fjord, cathedral and Viking ships are all within walking distance, and the sunny tiny house terrace calls for moments of relaxation. The tiny house is year-round, fully equipped and designed according to our passion for recycling and world travel. The space The tiny house is a modern mix of Nordic design, recycling and world travel, creating the perfect base for a relaxing weekend get-away, a week of sightseeing in Roskilde, Copenhagen and the surrounding Zealand - or as temporary base when commute to work is too far. The tiny house is year-round meaning that it is fully insulated and has thermo windows with integrated ventilation and adjustable locking mechanisms. The tiny house also has climate friendly floor heating in all rooms - bathroom, bedroom and kitchen/dining area - and you can easily adjust the digital thermostats for the floor heating according to your preference. Hence, we can guarantee you that you will have a comfortable stay no matter the Danish weather😉 Additionally, the bathroom is an integrated part of the guest house and you access it directly from the bedroom. Both tap and shower has running hot and cold water - including thermo regulator in the shower. The kitchenette is small but fully equipped with all you need for basic cooking for 2 persons such as plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee stamp jug, teapot, thermo, zinc, two induction hobs, new mini oven, new refrigerator etc. The tiny house is designed to make optimal use of the natural day light and when the weather allows, the guest house terrace has sun from early morning until mid evening. Other things to note The tiny house is placed in our garden which is shared area - but the tiny house has a private terrace and grill facilities as we have our private terrace elsewhere on the premises.
