Beautiful stone landscaping and gardens will surround you with vibrant flowers as you breathe in the salt air. Prepare full meals in the beautiful cherry kitchen with granite countertops, and entertain in the daylight basement featuring a wet bar. There is also a pull-out couch in the master bedroom area. The home is located in a secluded area right on the water, but nearby you can find outlet shopping and an LL Bean. Experience many outdoor activities in the surrounding area including hiking, cycling, and boating. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Dehumidifier now placed in the lower level. Guest access Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. The primary lockbox is on the front door, with a secondary lockbox on the left side of the garage - your code will be provided in your confirmation. Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee - if it's offered to you, you'll receive an email or text message with details. The housekeeping and maintenance team will be preparing the home between 10am and 4pm, so standard times help keep everything on track. Other things to note A fire pit is available for your use in the outdoor space (please note that firewood is not provided). The home has cable and streaming services available, including a TV in the kitchen. Backup linens and towels are available in the home if you need them. Your stay includes complimentary start-up amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, and dishwasher pods - you're welcome to pick up additional supplies as needed during your stay. Weekly lawn care is performed to keep the property looking beautiful.
