"Casa dei Sogni d'Oro" with big shared Pool

The apartment is part of a beautifully restored house with only 4 apartments, located in the heart of the unspoilt Le Marche region. It is situated in a very quiet location in a rolling landscape and surrounded by farmland with breathtaking views. It is centrally located between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines. The space Apartment of 50 m² refurbished with maximum preservation of the original features typical of Italian country houses. The apartment has a separate entrance and 2 private terraces (1 oriented west oriented with retractible solar screen and 1 north oriented) and has a kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave and separate living and sleeping area. The apartment has radiators with gas heating (extra cost of € 3 / m³ for gas consumption). There is wireless internet available in and around the entire house. There is a large swimming pool of 12x6 meters (salt electrolysis) with stunning view on the surroundings and the Apennines, which has an elevated pool house with a portico. For the youngest there is a small playground. The frontside of the garden is dominated by a huge mulberry tree which has a trunk with a circumference of more than 6 meters. According to the locals it's probably one of the largest in the whole of Italy. The guests can pick the fruit freshly from the trees in the garden : mulberry - cherries - apricots - plums - apples - figs - almonds - kaki. Here no landscape pollution by big electricity lines, solar panels, cell phone towers or busy roads. With some luck you can watch a herd of deer or wild boar pass by next to the casa, while a pair of eagles or falcons scout their territory from the air. Our house offers the perfect setting for experiencing Italy and to enjoy a sporting, culinary, cultural or an all-relax holiday, or better yet a combination of all that, why not! Actif : For sports enthusiasts or those who just want to experience an unusual and adventurous activity, there are many possibilities-both for groups and individuals- such as Vespa, quad, tandem flight hang-gliding or paragliding, canyoning, caving, trekking, biking, .. . Possibility to rent bikes and mountainbikes on the spot. Culinary : Those who prefer the culinary tour, this is paradise. There are a lot of typical restaurants in the immediate vicinity of our casa and at the coast you can fully enjoy the delicious dishes with fresh fish and shellfish. The Marchegian cuisine is based on the vaunted pure Italian cuisine with simple tasty dishes without fuss but with an abundance of organic ingredients and prepared with love in still exactly the same way as 100 years ago. In addition, a delicious local wine and you'll find yourself in the culinary heaven and all of that without having to burn a hole in your wallet. Cultural : Also at cultural level you do not have to stay on your hunger. Within driving distance are known cities such as Urbino and Gubbio (both recognized as UNESCO World Heritage), Assisi and Perugia; all gems of cultural heritage, which guarantee a great day out. You can also combine culture with a tax-free shopping in San Marino. Also a day in Rome is one of the possible activities Nature : For nature lovers there are many natural parks such as Gola della Rossa et Frassasi (with the spectacular caves), Monte Catria, Monte Cucco, Monte Nerone and Golla del Furlo, the Riviera of Monte Conero, ... You can perfectly explore these on your own, using the tourist information and hiking maps available at our casa. Coast : You can also spend one or several more days on the beautiful Adriatic coast. There are the more sophisticated seaside towns as Senigallia and Sirolo, but also very quiet coastal towns like Marotta. On location : If you like to stay on the premises, you can also relax and enjoy: lounging by the pool with the occasional lovely cooling splash, enjoy a drink in the shade, play a board game, take a nap in the hammock, play a game of badminton, .... Group activities : We also regularly organize group activities without obligations: a wine tasting at the local winery, visiting the traditional local festivities (the typical sagra) in the surrounding villages. There are options for all seasons, for a short stay or a long vacation, for large or small families, for individuals or groups, for the young and the less young.
