Rumi's Field is a modern ecological timber building with a sedum roof, solar panels and an air source heat pump combined with underfloor heating. Although secluded it has modern 21st century communications with strong wifi and 42 inch TV & sound bar, so guests can stream movies or play their chosen music through bluetooth. The house sleeps 6 in three double rooms, two rooms can also be twin bedded. There is also a small double futon in the living room, for 1 or 2 We are 3 miles from Southwold The space It has three double bedrooms [two of which can be twins], three bathrooms [one en suite], and a large open plan living room / kitchen, with an additional futon that can be made available on request. Plus an additional outdoor dining area with BBQ & wood fired hot tub. It is a place that welcomes all, inviting you to truly relax in comfort, as well as immerse yourself in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, with a seven minute drive to Southwold. All the rooms have south facing views and are mobility friendly on one level with no steps. Perfect for children, dogs, & grandparents in fact the whole family and friends. Enjoy the luxury of your own wood fired hot tub, sipping a glass of prosecco . From April 2019 it is included in the cleaning fee, and we only make an extra charge if more wood is needed than provided. Guest access Guests have free access to the whole house and half acre garden of paved terrace, lawn, wildflower meadow and trees.
