You will be staying in a 1960s American Airstream that has been converted to a more modern specification. The Airstream will fit 4 people in two double beds once the sofa has been converted, there is also a small kitchen and wet room with shower. The Airstream is set in the 5acres surrounding our farmhouse, there are three ponds each larger than the last, the ponds are fed by a small stream that runs alongside an orchard with about 30 apple, plum and pear trees. Roaming the land you will find our goats, ducks and chickens and if you're lucky you may see the deer, kingfishers and otters as well as lots of other wildlife. Our land is surrounded by farmers fields which are often filled with cows, to the far end where the stream leaves the property there is an ancient woodland that in spring comes alive with hundreds of thousands of bluebells. If you manage to pull yourselves away from our grounds then there are plenty of walks in the surrounding area. Falmouth is a 10min drive away where there is a small town and a choice of beaches. Truro is also a 10min drive away and is the main shopping town in Cornwall. In the unlikely event of rain then the Eden Project is the place to visit with its tropical and Mediterranean biomes. There are a large number of great restaurants and pubs nearby and we would be happy to advise on our personal favourites.
