Idyllic and quiet, the holiday home is centrally located on the edge of the old town of Göttingen. A variety of nice cafés and restaurants are within walking distance - as well as the diverse shopping facilities and the Göttingen weekly market. The space Our listed half-timbered house was completely renovated from the inside until October 2015. We have attached great importance to high-quality materials, which above all reflect the character of the over 100-year-old house. On more than 70 m², the holiday home offers a well-equipped kitchen, in which a fireplace provides an "extra" of coziness. Much of the old was made visible by the exposed stone walls. The cozy living room offers space for two more people on a comfortable sofa bed (140x200m) and is equipped with SATELLITE TV. Through the many windows you have a beautiful view of our old oak and the small garden. On the same level there is a small but modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Under the roof, the bedroom has found its place between the old restored beams and still houses a small workplace. On beautiful days, the small terrace next to the approximately 400-year-old oak tree is ideal to enjoy the sun in peace until the evenings. On the property there is a free parking space.
