We offer private rooms inside the Rotonda Sunrise, a large apartment with numerous amenities, a splendid view and located in an absolutely central area: very close to both the Rotonda, the heart of the promenade, which can be admired from the balcony, and the Rocca Roveresca, the fulcrum of the historic center. In short, all the city's main attractions are just a two-minute walk away. The space The apartment was completely renovated in early 2022. All the systems are brand new, as are the bathrooms, fixtures and most of the furnishings. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed: the gold room and the emerald room, the latter with an additional double sofa bed. In the large living room, used in the winter months as a third bedroom, there are sofa beds for three more comfortable potential places. The kitchen, also brand new, is now structured with a large open space to allow guests the maximum space available. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. One bathroom is equipped with a chromotherapy system. Fiber internet connection with Go Internet. The apartment is also equipped with two large balconies, a veranda overlooking the sea with a breakfast table and private underground parking with a numbered place exclusively available to guests. Guest access Guests can rent the entire apartment or, for those who want to save money, we also offer private rental of a single bedroom with the sharing of other common spaces in the low season months. During your stay Marco and Sandra, living very close, are available at all times to provide for any needs. Bicycles can also be provided if booked with adequate notice and if still available.
