All the facilities are brand new, as are the bathrooms, fixtures and most of the furnishings. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed: the gold room and the emerald room, the latter with an additional double sofa bed. In the large living room, used in the winter months as a third bedroom, there are sofa beds for three other comfortable potential places. The kitchen, also brand new, is now structured with a large open space to allow guests the maximum space available. Every room and living room comes with air conditioning.
