A villa next to Athens city (35'),Athens International Airport (30'} and Rafina port to Cyclades islands Mykonos, Santorini, Paros,etc. LOCATION NO NEED FOR CAR The space The villa is just 90 meters from the famous clear water sandy beach of Schinias with lifeguard watch, with a lot of water sports(sailing-skiing-windsurfing-kitesurfing-cannoying-tubes), beach bars, cafes, restaurants, fish-tavernas. On a 5 min walk on the beach you can reach the famous Pine forest and the National Park of Schinias (horse riding is available). Athens International airport is just a 30 min drive and Athens city centre (museums, archaeological areas, malls, shops) is only 35 min.drive. There is a public bus station to Athens in 100m from the villa and there are also taxis and private buses in the area. It is a place for everybody, every age and every taste!!!!!!!! Guest access The villa has 3 bedrooms with a/c units that can accommodate 7 GUESTS in total, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen one large bathroom and a wc, with a huge veranda round the house. There are large wide windows giving natural light to all the rooms. There is a huge garden & a playground with a pool. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE!!!!!!! Bed linen and towels are provided every seven days. Guests pay a damage deposit of €300 in cash upon arrival. Resort fee of 20 euros per day NOT included in price.
