Guest suite in Bristol
Description
Enjoy Bristol's working harbor area while staying in the second floor guest suite of our historic, recently-renovated 1807 home. Just steps from the Prudence Island Ferry dock, historic Robin Rug mill, restaurants, shops, and the East Bay bike path, and a five-minute drive to Roger Williams University or Colt State Park. (Situated halfway between Providence and Newport — a perfect location!) *Note: Our lovely main floor/front staircase can be rented for wedding and other photography sessions. The space We have recently completed renovations of the historic Captain William Richmond House, built in 1807. Our upstairs guest suite is a lovely blend of old and contemporary: all-new micro-kitchen, full bath, original woodwork, fireplace and hardwood floors. Comfortable bedroom with queen bed, plus a sunny, large sitting room with queen Murphy bed and dining area. Guest access Guests have a private entrance and stairs (steep!) up to a second floor apartment, which includes a cozy bedroom plus a spacious sitting room with Murphy bed. All-new micro-kitchen/dining area and full bathroom complete the beautiful space. The hosts have a separate entrance to the rest of the home (ground floor and part of upstairs), and will be available for questions. Because we live in the house, we ask that guests honor the quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Thank you! *A rare commodity in downtown Bristol, we have a 2-car driveway available to our guests for off-street parking. Other things to note ***Guests need to be able to climb a very steep (interior) staircase up to the guest suite.*** Registration details RE.01083-STR, expiry date: 2025-11-11T12:09:08Z
