The Coach House @ The Old Barn

The Coach House @ The Old Barn is a spacious but cosy self contained flat set in 14 acres in West Sussex. It has a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a large living room with a sofa bed, large flat screen TV, a small kitchenette and extra toilet. It is accessed via its' own door and is completely private. If there are more of you, you can reserve the top floor Hay Loft (accessed separately) which can sleep up to 4 people. Horsham is 10 mins drive away, Gatwick 20 mins, Brighton 1 hr. The space The Coach House is light and airy with a modern, minimalist and comfortable feel. The sofa bed can accommodate 2 children or (realistically) one adult. I put a topper on it but it's still just a sofa bed...there is also a single sofa bed Guest access The Coach House is self-contained with its' own access. Other things to note We live on the property with our menagerie of animals who are all very friendly but nosy. The dogs will initially bark at you when you arrive but they are utterly harmless. There is also a astro turf tennis court with a ball machine available to book. Please contact me separately for prices.
