Park Forest Home for Weekends in Happy Valley

Cute split-level home in Park Forest, 4.4 miles from Beaver Stadium. AC, comfy couches, and big eat-in kitchen. The space House has ground floor AC and window units in upper floor. Big comfy couches and new 55" TV's in living areas. Fenced-in yard. King bed in Master BR, 1 couch folds out to full-size bed and another couch easily sleeps 1-2 (not a pull-out couch). There is space on the floor in the living room or lower level for a blowup mattress if needed (not provided). We have 2 golden retrievers but please no pets (only including in case potential guests have allergies). Driveway can park 3-4 cars. Street parking is an option as well. Other things to note There are not actually 3 "beds." There is one king-size bed in the master bedroom, one sofa in the main floor living room that folds out to a full-size bed and one large sectional sofa in the lower living room that can sleep 2 average size adults.
