Number 9 Ard Croine is smart, clean end of terrace cottage on the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way. Situated within walking distance to Main Street, Dungloe, Co. Donegal, the property enjoy sea views over Dungloe Bay. The house sleeps up to 6 people by one large double room, one twin and one small double. It is the perfect base for touring the area or just relaxing by the log burning stove. There is a 3 night minimum stay. Cuddly pets welcome! The space The house is a specious end of terrace close to Main Street, Dungloe. It is newly refurbished in a modern, yet country style with nautical touches. The heart of any Irish home is the kitchen-diner and Ard Croine is no different! The log burner is the centrepiece of the room - who doesn't love the smell of turf?! Modern kitchen units and a large family dining table, make this the hub of the house. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic equipment you'll need for simple meals. The living room has large, comfy reclining sofas for you to relax, read a book or watch the flat-screen TV. DVD player available too. The three bedrooms are light, airy and clean. The master has a kingsize bed, built in wardrobes and a TV with Freesat channels. The front twin has wonderful sea views over the bay and to Arannmore Island. The small double room also enjoys these views. Please note, the small double, is quite small but enough for two adults. The bathroom is modern and clean with a shower, sink and toilet. Please note that there is no bath this property and that the water pressure is medium in the area. The rear garden is private and enclosed with a large, family picnic bench. Guest access There is parking for two cars at the from of the property and a spacious garden to the read. The house is an end of terrace and the neighbours are friendly and very easy-going. You have access to the whole house and garden, the shed will be locked. Other things to note The neighbours in this residential area are really friendly and love to welcome visitors. Please be considerate of noise after 10.00pm and avoid feeding the local pets. We have mobile wifi running off a 3G or 4G signal. Broadband is not yet installed in the area (coming 2025 we've been told!). The signal is suitable for mobiles and streaming but is not very fast, unfortunately.
