This beautiful home has been available since May 2015, and is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Oudemirdum, where you can enjoy cycling, swimming and walking! Close to the IJsselmeer, various beaches including Mirnser cliff and the Hege Gerzen (4km) for swimming, kite surfing or sailing. The house has a nice terrace with plenty of privacy, in the yard a playground with swing, sandpit and tumble bar. May to August can only be booked per week/weeks, the change is on Fridays. Within walking distance of the Centre of Oudemirdum, 50 m of the forest and 4000 m from the beach at the lake(IJsselmeer) The area is wonderful and very suitable for hiking and cycling. Nearby there's a golf course. It's also fun to visit one of the Frisian eleven cities, Stavoren, Hindeloopen, Workum, Sneek and Sloten. Nice swimmingpools are in Joure(Swimfun) and in Lemmer (Ny Suderse). It's also fun for kids to go to Ballorig in Sneek or in Heereveen. Oudemirdum has a good butcher and bakery, bike shop and a small grocery store, two restaurants and a snack bar. Present: 6 beds have duvets and pillows, cable TV, radio/cd, coffee-maker, vacuum cleaner, Oven, microwave, washing machine, freezer, internet load. Guest access There is a shed where bicycles or strollers can be stored, and there is also the possibility to hang up any wet surf clothing. Other things to note Free WiFi. Downstairs, the house is equipped with underfloor heating and upstairs radiators with a thermostat knob. If you go to bed in the evening, you do not have to turn down the heating, it would take too much time to warm up the floor/room again in the morning.
