'Studio Suite 634' is a quiet, cozy vacation retreat located in the heart of McCall, just 3 blocks away from downtown & Payette Lake!This warm & inviting basement guest suite has its own private entrance & everything you’ll need to help you relax & retreat while still being close to all the area has to offer.This large spacious studio makes an ideal choice for couples & families with small children.The shared back yard features a hot tub (available seasonally) gas bbq,large patio & small pond: The space Studio Space Details: ~very spacious and bright first floor full basement guest suite ~1 comfy king size bed & 2 memory foam folding cot size mattresses (please let me know of you need them) ~kitchenette with medium sized refrigerator, microwave, small slow cooker crock pot, toaster, hot plate, Keurig coffee maker, coffees & teas and other dried goods, supplied with glasses, mugs, plates, small pots, pans & cutlery (no oven or stove top for cooking large meals) ~2 leather Lazy Boy chairs ~small gas fireplace (seasonal) ~a super awesome 'Happy Place Hammocks' hammock chair! ~large screen 50 inch smart TV with various streaming apps ~WiFi available ~shower supplied with body wash, shampoo & conditioner and hair dryer ~there is shared access to a gas bbq & hot tub (seasonal use) alongside the house ;) We are a small family living on the property upstairs with a young kiddo and a dog so you may hear some sounds of that variety from time to time;) Our dog, Roxy, and the neighbor's dogs are all on the same invisible fence system so they can play together. You may see all 3 of them in the yard from time to time- white, golden and black. All are friendly, even though they may bark occasionally, notice the tail wagging ;). I'm a working artist who has a stay at home hammock business- 'Happy Place Hammocks'. You'll often find me working in my studio located in the garage. Please feel free to stop by and say hi if my shop garage door is open! Guest access Guests have shared access to a large gas bbq & relaxing hot tub (seasonal use) alongside the south end of house. You're also welcome to make use of and enjoy the large back yard, deck with lawn chairs, and small pond as well!
