The house is from the 1880s, but has been restored and has been given a new extension around 2005 . The place is child-friendly and has berry bushes and trees that can be harvested for free. Newly built includes 2 bathrooms, laundry room and one bedroom. Second floor have partial sloping roof and contain 3 bedrooms. There is water-borne underfloor heating throughout the 1st floor and newly built on the 2nd floor. There is access to a private jetty that you can use if needed. There is a kitchen table in the kitchen, the dining table is in the living room. There is a piano and bookshelf in the living room that can be used. The space Simonstø is an old small use of about 14 acres. There are residential buildings and 2 outbuildings on the property. The property has large lawns, which are superbly suited for football kicking, other ball games, croquet There are several outdoor toys for small children there, in addition to a swing and a mini skateboarding ramp. All of this is available to the tenants. The property includes a dock, where there is an outdoor table and an outdoor sofa bed. The jetty has a bathroom staircase, where it is ideal to bathe for small children. The jetty is 100 m from the property with access above the neighboring property . There are several cherry trees , blackcurrant, currant and gooseberry bushes, hazelnuts, wild raspberries, and blackberries available for free in August as long as there are berries available. We have a small private museum on the property,. The entrance of the museum may be visited upon agreement. - There is mobile broadband with 8 GB included in the rental.The best cell phone reception is in the east side of the house.
