The property is in conservation area and so the surrounding areas are bright and very green. In the rear garden you will see a number of different bird species (including parakeets) but in case you need more greenery, then Ealing Common is a 10 minute walk away. Also nearby are Tesco, three tube lines (Central, Piccadilly, District), an overground line (Acton Mainline) and big supermarket (all within a 10-15 minute walk). Ealing Broadway, Chiswick and Shepherd’s Bush are all easily accessible too. The house was built over 100 years ago, and converted 60 years ago into a flat, the property still retains a lot of the original charm and characteristics of a property this age.
