Stylish period property
The property has character in abundance for someone looking for a medium to longer let. The interior marble fireplaces which are now decorative centrepieces alongside the original wooden floorboards. Throughout you will see traditional and contemporary features blended stylishly together. The property comes with all modern appliances WiFi, integrated dishwasher, microwave, air fryer etc as well as Virgin TV in two rooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a large double. Both rooms have ample storage and the second bedroom benefits from French doors leading onto the garden. Being ground floor enables you to have your own private garden space. The front of the property also has space for an additional two cars and is there for your sole use. The property is in conservation area and so the surrounding areas are bright and very green. In the rear garden you will see a number of different bird species (including parakeets) but in case you need more greenery, then Ealing Common is a 10 minute walk away. Also nearby are Tesco, three tube lines (Central, Piccadilly, District), an overground line (Acton Mainline) and big supermarket (all within a 10-15 minute walk). Ealing Broadway, Chiswick and Shepherd’s Bush are all easily accessible too. The house was built over 100 years ago, and converted 60 years ago into a flat, the property still retains a lot of the original charm and characteristics of a property this age. But, despite the property being in good condition, there will be a few bits of wear and tear. IMPORTANT - My preference is for longer-term (30+ days) lettings, ideally close to the next available booking date. I typically don't accept bookings multiple months in advance but feel free to contact me for other durations.
