charming house of about 75 m2, recently refurbished. Sleeps 6 (3hp). Located about 1 km from the Chantemerle Serre Chevalier ski lifts (~3 min by car). The shuttle stops 1 min walk from the house every 30 min which is very convenient! There is private outdoor parking, secured by a barrier where you can park your cars. The accommodation has a terrace in front of the house, with a ski locker. You'll feel right at home! The space Composed of 3 separate bedrooms: - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed - 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. Two 90 cm beds - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed in a closed mezzanine A fully refurbished bathroom and a separate toilet A large living room composed of living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen The house has a small garden with dining table and barbecue for the summer Everything will be at your disposal to have a good vacation (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, TV, bluetooth speaker, internet...) Secure and clean parking spaces for the tenant. Linens and towels are not provided. Guest access The accommodation is rented in its entirety. It is arranged on two floors: - on the ground floor: two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet - 1st floor: the very bright living room.
