Beautiful waterfront bungalow with private jetty

Relax in this beautiful place. Enjoy the proximity to the water and the view of the water from every room, from the 30 m² half-covered wooden terrace or from the green area under our weeping willow with a small beach. With the rowboat you can explore the water. On the uncomfortable days you can relax in the sauna or whirlpool. (exclusive) The vacation home is ideally designed for 2 people. However, there are 2 more sleeping options through the couch. The space The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Havel and has a size of about 39 m². It has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided. The courtyard is shared with the owner. We have 2 children (9 and 6 years old) and a dog (poodle). The approx. 30 m² wooden terrace is specially reserved for our holiday guests. The terrace is half covered and faces southwest with a gorgeous view of the Havel. There is also an infrared sauna which can be used. In addition, the property has its own jetty. (This is flooded from about February to mid-April) We have a rowing boat (AnKa), which can also be used.(Engine is available electric) On hot days, it is most beautiful on the small beach or under the weeping willow. Smoking is not allowed in the house and no pets are allowed.
