You enter the villa through an open arched naya/terrace furnished with table and chairs and comfortable seating with views of the pool. From the naya you enter the lounge/dining room which has local and satellite TV (39" HD) including many European and English channels. There is air conditioning in the lounge. This leads through an archway to the hall with access to three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The first bedroom has a king size bed (2m x 1.5m), air conditioning and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king size bed (2m x 1.5m) and air conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning. The bathroom is fully fitted with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The fully equipped independent kitchen has a back door leading out to the rear terrace with table and chairs. This terrace also overlooks the pool. Six sun loungers are available. EXTERIOR: The 850m2 villa gardens are beautifully planted with olive and fruit trees, shrubs and plants. There are areas where you can sit in the shade on hot sunny days. A long open driveway leads to the house with ample parking.
