Casa Turchino G is 48 square meters (517 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Santa Maria di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Lago Beach) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). Casa Turchino G is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at Casa Turchino G you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Casa Turchino G is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. The Casa Turchino apartments are in a green setting where the peacefulness and outdoor spaces offer a relaxing stay. Casa Turchino B, C and D are part of the main villa, Casa Turchino F and G are in a detached building inside the complex. The residence can host about 33 people in total. Please kindly note. The rental price includes: linens; parking; towels, changed mid-week; electricity. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 3 meters (9.8 feet) deep. In order to use the swimming pool a bathing cap is required. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the other buildings. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September, from 8 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm. Garden The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a swing and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the swimming pool. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex. Laundry room You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). Parking The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Patio The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery. Living Room The furnishings of the living room are simple. The furnishings include a wood sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window. Bedroom 1 The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
