Loft Conversion in A.O.N.B. Hot Tub. Lovely Views

My place is close to Ashdown Forest and half hour drive to Glyndborne Opera House. Sussex Coast is within easy reach. Royal Tunbridge Wells 20mins away with the famous Pantiles. Many historical Villages nearby including Mayfield and Burwash. My large garden is full of wild life with two resident badger sets. White Deer are frequent visitors and can often be seen at dawn and dusk from the terrace. Foxes and family of Hare. More recently, we have two families of the protected Hedge Hogs. The space The Loft space is much larger than as seen on the photos with many exposed beams. All the beams are hoovered on a very regular basis but inspite of this we cannot avoid the odd cob web appearing in between. The kitchen area is to the side of the living room where there is a comfortable sofa, and pull-out dining table which can also be used for other things. and a large TV. The bedroom is also spacious with a smaller tv and en-suite bathroom. Your private roof terrace is through a large velux window off the bedroom which over looks the garden and other lovely views. We are in an area with what is known as 'black sky' - ideal for star gazing and especially when there is something very special going on in the sky. Guest access My guests have full access to my very large garden and paddock area which is full of wild life. Other things to note My guests own very private roof terrace is the prefect place for 'star gazing', enjoying an evening glass of wine and having breakfast. Please note that there is not a walk in shower. The bath however, does have an attachment for washing your hair. Use of washing machine in main area of the house for stays of more than 2 days. The Hot Tub is available for all of my guests at no extra charge although I do need advance notice. And it is private only to you during your stay where you can relax and watch the dozens of birds feeding in the bird feeding station very near to the hot tub.
