On the villa’s first floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin; one bedroom also has a veranda. All have a double bed, a TV, large closets with mirrors, an iron-ironing board, and a hairdryer. On the ground floor there is a small bathroom, a living room with a TV, two dining rooms, an interior fireplace, a large, fully equipped kitchen with a big two-door refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The villa also features air-conditioning and heating, and has been recently renovated. All the appliances are of the latest technology and with a modern décor. The villa has car parking facilities and free Wi-Fi in all of its areas. Close to the villa (about 60 meters away), there is a mini-market with all the necessities.
