Guest apartment next to the lake Mälaren

The guest apartment is on top of our double garage. The place is about 40 sqm, and the ceiling is quite low at some places (please check the photos). We live in a house about 50 meters in front of the apartment. From the apartment you reach (by foot) the train station in 3 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes and the dome church in 5 minutes. We have bikes, skate ramp, SUP and other things if you wish to borrow :) Towels and bed sheets are included. The space The apartment has a separate entrance, a patio and you can use the beach as much as you want. In the apartment, the usual kitchen appliances are present. Also there is a Jura espresso machine, a microwave and a laundry machine. There is a 40 inch TV with a Chromecast TV. Guest access The apartment has an electronic lock, you will get the code in a message before you come. That way, you can check in and out whenever it suits you. You will have the entire apartment for yourself. Other things to note There are train tracks pretty close to the apartment, which can be noisy if you are outside. Inside, the trains are barely heard.
