Spacious cottage for 8 people in a secluded location, about 6 km from the center of Siegsdorf, on the mountain at 750m altitude offers a unique view of the Chiemgau mountains. The house is therefore a quiet oasis with panoramic views over the Chiemgau and beyond. A completely newly renovated and comfortable 150 m2 cottage on two levels, on a large - not fenced- property. The space GROUND FLOOR - Living room Large light flooded living room with mountain view and access to the terrace has a 55" flat screen satellite TV + BlueRay/DVD player, music compact system, Wi-Fi included as well as a cozy couch landscape. There are also various board games for all ages as well as a colorful bookshelf to browse. Roller blind on all the windows and insect screens on a window. GROUND FLOOR - kitchen and dining area Cook and enjoy in the fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 people. Facilities include underfloor heating, dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer compartment, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and coffee machine. Dish towels, dish soap, tabs, baking paper, baking paper, filter bags, paper towels, paper towels, garbage bags and spices are also included. There is a high chair on request. Insect repellent on a window. GROUND FLOOR - Bathroom The fully renovated bathroom features a bathtub, bar-free shower with rain shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror cabinet, hair dryer, towel warmer and underfloor heating. On arrival, one towel and shower towel is available per person. Toilet paper, cosmetic towels, various cosmetics, and hand soap are also provided. Bathrobes are available on request. GROUND FLOOR - Bedroom 1 The cozy bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200cm), a large closet with safe and access to the terrace with roller blind. GROUND FLOOR - Bedroom 2 The small bedroom 2 features two single beds (90x200cm), a large closet and a great view of the mountains. Also window with blind and insect repellent. UPSTAIRS - bedroom 3 The bedroom 3 has a double bed (180x200cm) with integrated lighting, a wardrobe, underfloor heating, a skylight and a small corner bench for max. 6 persons to relax or as a retreat. Windows with insect screens. UPPER FLOOR - Bedroom 4 Bedroom 4 has a double bed (180x200cm) with integrated lighting, a wardrobe, two cozy armchairs to linger, two windows with a blind, insect repellent and great views. UPPER FLOOR - Bathroom The newly renovated bathroom has floor heating, towel warmer, a sink, a shower (with rain shower) and toilet, hair dryer and an illuminated mirror. Guest access Other equipment lockable garage (not suitable for bus, too low, max. VW Caddy!) with electric car charging facility! and parking at the house, lockable adjoining room for skis or bicycles, protected terrace with barbecue incl. Barbecue accessories!, playground and sunbathing lawn with play tower with swing and slide for the little ones, an outdoor play box and six sun loungers. Washing machine and iron/ironing board are available in the basement. Other things to note In winter time, we highly recommend good winter tires, as our house is located on a mountain. In addition to the travel price, a city tax (Tourist Tax) must be paid together with the completed registration certificate.
