Spacious vacation home for 8 people in a secluded location, about 6 km from the center of Siegsdorf, on the mountain at 750 m altitude offers a unique view of the Chiemgau mountains. The house is therefore an oasis of peace with panoramic views over the Chiemgau and beyond. A completely newly renovated and comfortable 150 m² vacation home on two levels awaits you on a large, unfenced property. The space GROUND FLOOR - Living room Large light-flooded living room with mountain views and access to the terrace has a 55" flat-screen satellite TV + Blu-ray/DVD player, music compact system, Wi-Fi included and a cozy couch area. There are also various board games for all ages as well as a colorful bookshelf for browsing. Blinds on all windows and insect screens on one window. GROUND FLOOR - Kitchen and dining area Cook and enjoy in the fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 people. The equipment includes underfloor heating, dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and coffee machine. Dish towels, dish soap, tabs, baking paper, filter bags, kitchen roll, garbage bags and spices are also included. A high chair is available on request. Insect screens on a window. GROUND FLOOR - Bathroom The completely renovated bathroom has a bathtub, barrier-free shower with rain shower, toilet, vanity and mirror cabinet, hairdryer, towel warmer and underfloor heating. Upon arrival, a hand towel and a bath towel are provided per person. Toilet paper, facial tissues, various cosmetics and hand soap are also provided. Bathrobes are available on request. GROUND FLOOR - Bedroom 1 The cozy bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe with a safe and access to the terrace with a roller blind. GROUND FLOOR - Bedroom 2 The small bedroom 2 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a large closet and a great view of the mountains. Also windows with roller blinds and insect screens. UPPER FLOOR - Bedroom 3 Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with integrated lighting, a wardrobe, underfloor heating, a skylight and a small corner bench for max. 6 people for relaxing or as a retreat. Window with insect screen. UPPER FLOOR - Bedroom 4 Bedroom 4 has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with integrated lighting, a wardrobe, two cozy armchairs to linger, two windows with roller blinds, insect screens and great views. UPPER FLOOR - Bathroom The newly renovated bathroom has underfloor heating, towel warmer, a sink, shower (with rain shower) and toilet, hairdryer and an illuminated mirror. Guest access Other amenities lockable garage (not suitable for bus, too low, max. VW Caddy!) with e-car charging option! and parking spaces at the house, lockable adjoining room for skis or bicycles, protected terrace with barbecue incl. barbecue accessories!, playground and lawn with play tower with swing and slide for the little ones, an outdoor play box and six deck chairs. Washing machine and iron/ironing board are available in the basement. Other things to note In winter, we highly recommend good winter tires, as our house is located on a mountain. In addition to the travel price, a tourist tax must be paid together with the completed registration certificate.
