You can catch sight of seal or two if you’re lucky. There’s also many boats sailing past on the north sea. We are a family who purchased this caravan for our own use, and when time dictates we are able to share that experience with you. Everything is child-friendly. We will send you a direct message with the required details prior to your stay with us. Haven will then email you a vehicle site pass that is required to enter the site via security gates. On arrival, at the security gate, you will be required to show your security pass/email to a member of the team so they can check your booking details. A key will be placed in the keysafe on location to minimise contact risks. Haven's privacy policy states that any guest information will be held for a maximum of 30 days after departure then destroyed. For the most up to date information regarding, activities including pool access or show time bookings, please contact the park directly as these details are likely to change in line with the government requirements. **UPDATE JUNE 2021** Currently, all on site activities and restaurants are open, however it is recommended that advance bookings are made during peak season times. Again this can be done either by contacting the site directly or using the Haven App, this can also be done for restaurant booking too. Cleaning.... as always our cleaning team will disinfect everything. We have replaced some board games with easier to clean versions to further decrease any contact risk. Should any guests develop symptoms whilst on the park the current guidance is to report this immediately to the park staff and hosts, and will then be required to go home immediately. Both Haven and the hosts will need to be informed when this has been done. In the event of this, the van will be given an extra deep clean and sealed for 72 hours as per current COVID guidelines. Finally, in the event you do have to leave, please make sure you have adequate travel insurance, as refunds will not be given.
