Kazikki country house is a traditional Cypriot stone house with its right site converted to a lovely, confy and spacious studio called Artemisia. It has courtyard and a vine covered terrace with stunning views. Nestled in the foothills of Troodos mountain. Is extremely well located and within striking distance of beautiful walks, waterfalls, pine forest & the magical villages of Omodos and Plartes. It's 30 minutes easy drive to the beach and Limassol. Its location makes it ideal holiday base. The space Artemisia Studio which it's named after it's owner Artemis (Artemisia). Its a long studio with 3 semi separated areas. First area it's the Kitchen, then the sitting area with the cast iron wood fire. The last area it's the bedroom and has 1 single bed and 1 double. Other amenities: Air condition, Flat screen TV which is converted to a smart TV with a fire stick and Netflix. Fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine, microwave, hob and oven, kettle, toaster, frappe and coffee making facilities and a fridge. There is an en-suite bathroom and shower. Artemisia studio benefits from the access to a covered outside courtyard and an additional patio area – ideal for sitting out and dining on warm evenings. Towels and bedlinen are provided. Guest access Our Village Mandria of Limassol it's on the E601/ Troodos bypass. Turn off the E 601 by the Saint Mama's church on to the cul de sac short road. We are the 2nd house of the 4 houses with the long vine and almost attached to the road. The road is short and wide therefore it's plenty of parking next to us . Park next to the house and follow one of the two entrance leading to our outside yard. To access the studio's you must go through the front yard and then through the small white railing gate where you find youself in your private courtyard and the front door of Artemisia Studio.
