Room in a quiet detached house in a rural setting with direct access to the terrace With regard to the coronavirus pandemic, all hygiene requirements (distance, disinfection) are complied with! Dog lives in the house. No through traffic Approximately 30 minutes by car to Cologne/Bonn Airport Approximately 15 minutes' walk to HONRATH train station Ideal for trade fair visitors, (RB 25 to Cologne.) Wonderful rural surroundings. The space Cozily furnished room with a 1.40 m wide double bed, 32" flat-screen TV (satellite reception) and free Wi-Fi. A kettle (including free tea bags and instant coffee) is available. The large glass sliding door leads directly to the terrace. The bathroom (for exclusive use during the stay) is located once over the hallway. Please note: I am an absolute non-smoking household and react very sensitively to any smoking smell! Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning costs. Guest access - Direct access from the room to the terrace with seating - The bathroom (for exclusive use during the stay) is located once above the hallway. - Kitchen and refrigerator use ONLY possible by arrangement! During your stay When I'm home, my guests are welcome to contact me at any time. otherwise I am reachable by phone. Other things to note Please be sure to allow a lead time of approx. 2 weeks when making a booking request! (I travel a lot and otherwise may not be able to give a short-term commitment!) On request AND ONLY AFTER ARRANGEMENT transfer from/to the train station or airport is possible. (If I can!) In the room, there is a night storage heater. In the cold season, or on request, the room can be heated at a fee of €3/day. Dogs are ONLY allowed by arrangement.
