The house is located in the 5th Ward neighborhood of Newport, boasting the best of both worlds: easy access to downtown and a quiet place to unwind at the end of the day. The space The house is bright and airy with an open concept with a driveway for two cars. There is easy access to the back yard for alfresco dining as well as the private outdoor shower for after the beach. There is a bluetooth sound system in the kitchen and dining room as well as in each of the upstairs baths. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has a twin trundle bed, which is listed as one Single Bed and one Sofa Bed and can be made into a king bed. There is a full guest bathroom shared by the two guest rooms. The ensuite queen bedroom has its own full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to make a gourmet meal when you are not dining at one of our fine restaurants. Guest access Guest will have access to our entire home and yard.
