The romantic holiday apartment is located in the south of the Mecklenburg Lake District in a former railway station building built in 1895 and listed as a historic monument in Schwarz OT Buschhof. The space The studio is one of three romantic holiday apartments located in the south of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, inside a train station building in Buschhof that was built in 1895 and is now a listed historic monument. It is situated along the railway line between Mirow and Wittstock, decommissioned in 1998, which was once operated by the Mecklenburg Friedrich Wilhelm Railway and the Prignitz Railway Company. On a one-hectare property with shade-giving trees, a romantically enchanted lilac arbor from the early 20th century, various barbecue and fire pits, an outdoor shower, hammocks, and a secluded garden that opens onto the forest, you will find the peace and relaxation you are looking for. The building, which had stood vacant for over ten years, has been carefully restored since its purchase in 2004 using partly historical materials and in accordance with preservation and ecological standards, while being upgraded to modern technical requirements. During the main summer season, we only rent by the week from Sunday to Sunday. Guest access Guests of Studio Güterboden have their own terrace at their disposal. In addition, the large rear garden with loungers, hammocks, barbecue and fire area can be used jointly with the guests of the other two apartments. The garden sauna is only available to our guests of Studio Güterboden by prior arrangement and personal instruction. There are extra costs to be paid on site. Other things to note The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 people, including infants, due to the size of the studio. On the spacious property and in the fenced private area, our three cats and our dog Foxy also live. Please park your vehicle only in the areas in front of the outbuildings, marked with ‘Parking’ signs
