This accommodation is located directly on Plage des Elmes, a splendid little cove at the entrance to Banyuls-sur-Mer. This 55 m2 apartment also has a 13 m2 terrace, with beautiful sea views. The space Beautiful sea views, directly located on Les Elmes beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people, including children. The apartment consists of: • Bedroom 1 bed (160/200 cm) • Mezzanine bedroom with 2 beds (90/200 cm) • Sofa bed, 160 cm in the living room • Shower room • Separate toilet • American kitchen, fridge, 4 hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, electric grill • Reversible air conditioning (VMC) • Television • Radio/CD • Small code box • Terrace furniture • Shared washer and dryer • Free Wi-Fi connection (subject to terms of use and no illegal downloading) We also have baby equipment, upon request, such as a chair, bed and bathtub. Complimentary private parking is available on request We will ask you upon arrival for a deposit of €80 for the cleaning, which will be returned to you within a maximum of 15 days if the accommodation is left clean and tidy. Otherwise a fee of €80 will be applied if the rules of procedure concerning the cleaning are not respected. Linens and towels are not provided. Please inform us if you wish to rent them, however, this supplement of €12 per bed and €5 per set of towels per person (1 large towel, 1 small and 1 washcloth) will be paid on site. Other things to note Before leaving, the cleaning must be done, the accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of €80 will be applied if the internal rules concerning cleaning are not respected.
