Home with 460 sq. ft Studio in- law apartment in our home located in the Green Valley area in Fairfield, just 20 minutes outside Napa. Very convenient location. The space The room itself is a studio apartment on the second floor Studio is connected to the main house. One California King bed. Spacious closet for hanging your clothes if needed. Bathroom shower with toilet. Hair dryer if needed . Your own full kitchen , stove,microwave,coffee maker,Dishwasher, pots and pans,dinnerware and silverware. WiFi - Password to log on. Last minute check in Welcome !!! Guest access Serene neighborhood, beautiful area - Very nice park three blocks away Costco, Thai , Japanese , Indian Cafe , Chinese Restaurant and Local Deli 5 min. away on Business Center Drive . The house is located in Fairfield,CA it ' s midway San Francisco and Sacramento, close to Napa County (Wine County ) 20 min. Drive to Napa , 45 min. Drive to San Francisco and Sacramento. 10 min. to Travis Airport Base, 30 min. to UC Davis University . 3 min. to Interstate 80 , 15 min. to Caltrain Suisun Station, Nearby Solano Mall, restaurant and cinema. Local wineries within 10 min. drive. The local Jelly Belly Factory also a few miles away. From mid June through December nearby Larry's Produce is a throwback to simple time of getting fresh local produce at prices that will make you smile. During your stay We enjoy meeting new people and have traveled. We are available to answer any questions, provide, recommend to ensure your stay to be exceptional,but respect the privacy for those visiting guests. We are non smokers and have a friendly Poochon "KC" and Nikki ( The Havanese )who would love to meet and greet you upon Due to COVID 19 we would like to practice social distancing.
