Hide away and relax or discover the many local attractions - water sports, fishing, winery, antique stores, scenic walks, premium outlet shopping are all on your doorstep. Ideally located off the I-95 halfway between NYC & Boston, both of which are a train ride away. The space Quaint New England home, carefully renovated in keeping with the character of the house and updated with all modern conveniences, including central air conditioning throughout the house. Open plan living and formal dining area downstairs with a separate fully equipped and modern eat-in kitchen. Downstairs we have a full bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and single vanity. The laundry with (free) washer & dryer is also located in this bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find a bonus room set up as a second living room with a queen size sofa bed (please let us know if you’d like this made up and ready for your stay). There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo along with 2 large bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a sofa to relax on. The second bedroom also features a queen bed along with a desk/dressing table and a built in closet. Outside you’ll find generous off street parking, a furnished porch and patio (with gas BBQ) and a large yard with mature trees and green grass. Guest access The whole house and the large yard are yours to enjoy! Other things to note There is EV Charging station at the Clinton Town Hall which is located a 1min drive or less than 10min walk from the house.
