'Louisa's Cottage'- Beautiful family accommodation

Louisa's Cottage is a modern, family cottage, sleeping up to six people (although 4 of those people will share the upstairs bedroom) in two comfortable bedrooms. Louisa's Cottage is one of four holiday properties at our smallholding. The property is at the end of a terrace of holiday houses, with its own private garden with patio area and wonderful view across a peaceful valley. The space Louisa's Cottage offers light and airy accommodation with an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area, one ground floor bedroom, modern bathroom and a huge bedroom/playroom upstairs. Dogs are welcome at our cottages at a fee of £30 per dog per stay. After parking immediately outside your door, you will walk into a large corridor with space for stowing shoes and wellies, leading to a well equipped kitchen / dining / sitting room. This large room opens out through French windows onto your own private terrace and garden complete with garden tables and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with the usual appliances of fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave and toaster. There is also a small washer/dryer in the property. A smart television offering apps such as Netflix will keep you entertained on those horrible rainy days and it goes without saying that guests have use of free Wifi. There is a great bedroom upstairs that children will love. Accessed by stairs from the sitting room, children will have their own space to create chaos and noise. There is a small double bed, one single bed and a single mattress on the floor. NOTE that whilst the property can accommodate 6 adults, it is better suited to a family with perhaps 3 adults and 3 children. There is no extra charge for use of a travel cot, stair gate and high chair as required. Please contact us for information and to discuss your requirements. We welcome guests who wish to stay for a minimum of two nights up to a maximum of one month. Please note, Stable Cottage, Rose Cottage, Louisa's Cottage and Edward's Cottage are situated on a rural smallholding. Whilst the interior of the properties is beautiful, we would like to make it clear that, at present, the exterior is still a work in progress. This does not detract from the overall glorious setting. Any photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Other things to note Please note that all four holiday properties are adjacent/joined to one-another. Each house has its own private patio and garden but the parking is shared. Due to the proximity to one-another and also to our house, you will be staying next door to children and animals (and sometimes noisy adults!). We are a laid-back set-up which very much caters for families so if it is absolute peace and quiet you're after, you may want to look elsewhere!! Edward's Cottage and Louisa's Cottage are at the 'ends' and Stable Cottage and Rose Cottage are in the middle. There is no door to the upstairs bedroom; the stairs from the kitchen area lead straight up to the upstairs bedroom. There is no door at the top of the stairs. A car is absolutely essential if you wish to stay at Downlands Farm; the nearest decent shop in Petersfield is a 10 minute drive away. Due to our rural location, mobile phone signal and the WIFI connection can sometimes be weak.
