Small house, perfect for a relaxing stay and for exploring the Normandy bocage and tourist attractions: Mont Saint-Michel (45 minutes by car), D-Day landing beaches (1 hour by car), Cherbourg (1 hour 20 minutes), Bayeux (45 minutes), Skypark (20 minutes). Very nice view of the bocage landscape, garden with trees. Nature, relaxation, and disconnection site. Numerous options for walks and hikes from the house. Farmers' market (6 km/3.7 miles) twice a week. Organic goat cheese 200 m away. It is simply equipped. The space Small 40 m² house: on the ground floor, there is a kitchenette, a dining area, a fireplace area, and a bathroom with shower and composting toilet. Upstairs: A mezzanine bedroom with desk area (see pictures) Guest access The accommodation is completely independent Other things to note I insist on dry toilets, that is, without water. The toilets are ecological, very easy to use with wood chips and sawdust; I will explain to you when you arrive how to use them and how to maintain them. I accept pets (no more than 1 dog and/or cat) exclusively upon request. An additional €15 will be requested for the stay. The land is not fenced.
