The space CasaLambra is a two floor imposing stone house, built in the beginning of the 19th century, renovated by its new owner in 2000. The Ground level indoors is particularly cool . It is comprised of a uniform area with sitting room, a TV (55’’) and an imposing fireplace made by stone (2,20 m.wide) the dining room, a well equipped kitchen (with gas, washing machine, dish washer) and the WC/shower. The outdoor lighting and spotlights make it look impressive in the evening. Guest access You will find out upon your visit in the House that a limited number of furniture have been kept locked. These are the two cupboards in the kitchen, left and right of the fridge and the wooden chest downstairs and, upstairs, the large cupboard in the corridor upstairs and the lower cupboard in the small bedroom. The reason is that we keep in these our own things/belongings for our use, during our stay. Having said that, you have the unlimited right of use of the rest of the premises! Other things to note We expect that our guests will ALWAYS KEEP CLOSED THE GLASS DOORS of the fire place and of the stove upstairs, to eliminate the danger of fire, since the floor is wooden. We also expect that the guests will NOT GRILL FOOD in the fireplace or in the stove upstairs. You can do so in the grand fireplace downstairs, we have all the appropriate tools for grilling and serving the food. However, we expect you to be very careful in doing so and you must make an effort to avoid damaging the carpet or other items, as well as, you must avoid causing dirt (such as grease) on the surface of the bricks. We have made an effort to keep in the House all the necessary tools and equipment in the kitchen (for cooking and serving) all the items, furniture, decorations and household materials that have been in the House for a long time, so that it will look better, on the one hand and, for our guests better convenience, on the other hand. Bear also in mind that we, the owners, still use the house as our family holiday house. We expect our guests to treat the premises and the property there in with care and respect and to refrain from removing any of the items – no matter how small or invaluable these maybe, for everybody's convenience and for the courtesy to other guests. A usb cable or a photo or a picture or a remote control maybe irreplaceable and priceless. Our housekeepers would never want to find themselves in the most unpleasant situation to have to confront a guest to retrieve an item that has been removed. we will appreciate if you are careful and not leave any water running from the tap upstairs, since this may cause over flow and damage to the wooden floor. We are sorry but no pets are allowed. Smoking too is not allowed.
