The house is a country house in the seaside area of Marathos 11.3 km from Volos and is located 50 meters from the nearest beach. Also, the bedrooms contain bedside tables with reading lamps, spacious wardrobes and one hundred percent cotton towels. In the hallway that separates the three bedrooms, there is air conditioning. In the lower bathroom has a bathtub as well as shampoo and shower gel. There is also a washing machine and hairdryer. The living room is with excellent decor and equipped with fireplace during the winter months, even though the house has radiators in all rooms for winter. It also features a large 40-inch TV and wireless internet. Also, the living room has two large and comfortable sofas and a table in the middle. The kitchen has a fitted electric cooker and hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee machine for French coffee, espresso machine and toaster. The kitchen is equipped with full set of utensils for cooking such as pot, frying pan, strainer, dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator is filled with water, soft drinks, fruit and small treats for the guests to feel welcome. The dining room is located at the entrance of the house next to the living room opposite of the kitchen. The house has incredible view of the sea which is located 50 meters from the house. The visitors have the opportunity to take a dip in the sea and ascend to enjoy a barbeque with friends.
