The Corner House - family friendly house & garden

The Corner House is in the heart of Kilmacthomas village, a few minutes walk from Main Street where you will find eateries, EV charge points, shops and access to the beautiful Greenway walking and cycling route. A bright, airy family friendly house with private driveway, beautiful walled garden to relax in, cosy lounge and well-equipped spacious kitchen-diner with utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer. The space During your stay at The Corner House, we're sure you'll be delighted with the fully equipped kitchen (we like cooking and baking so you'll find everything you need) making it a home-from-home during your stay. Also downstairs, you'll find the lounge, shower room, utility room containing washer-dryer and Bedroom 4 (double sofa bed). Upstairs are Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 which are a king-sized, double and twin beds respectively, plus the bathroom. The walled garden has a patio terrace with patio furniture to sit out and enjoy the space. The garden is perfect for the children to run around and play and contains a shed if you need somewhere to store your own bikes during your stay. The house has been extended and updated, providing great space for guests of all ages to enjoy their stay. It is a family friendly home and comes with a stair gate, stroller, highchair and travel cot available (please let us know in advance if you'd like this made up). Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole house with full private use of the patio and walled garden at the rear of the property, including shed for bike storage. Guests can make use of empty wardrobes and drawers to make themselves at home. Other things to note Note: no carbon monoxide detector needed because there is no gas in the property. The driveway is part of the garden. It fits one car with the gates closed (recommended if you'll have young children playing in the garden) or two cars with the gates open. There is free road parking next to the driveway entrance for additional vehicles. During these times we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our guests. We are enforcing a 24hr gap between bookings to allow for thorough airing and professional cleaning of the property. Our guests safety is our priority. This house is NOT suitable as a party venue - no large groups, loud music, excessive drinking, late night noise etc. Unfortunately this has happened in the past and The Guards were called. Please respect our neighbours as if they were your own, as we want them to see this Airbnb venue in a positive light.
