Timijan HH, brand new self-catering holiday home, 25 m2, 2 bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 (smaller) children, 1 bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, a fully equipped cooking area, a terrace with breath-taking views of the green surroundings, a private pool, barbecue facilities available. Complimentary WIFI, private parking on the site. Children of all ages are welcome. Pets are not allowed, but there are a few on the site - chickens and a cat. The space After a three-year experience of hosting guests from all over Europe in the basement of their own home, the hosts moved on and built a holiday home, brand new and shiny. It's small (25 square metres), but it boasts everything you could possibly ask for: a little kitchen with a washdisher, a washing machine, an oven and a cooker, a fridge with a little freezer; a little bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower (80x80); two bedrooms: a parents' bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a big wardrobe and a TV, a children's bedroom with a bunkbed (80x190, weight limit 70 kg per bunk); a small dining corner and an outdoor terrace with a scenic view of the green landscape all around.  The house is airconditioned and even boasts underfloor heating, which makes it perfect for long term stays all year around.  Guests can swim in the outdoor swimming pool (3.20x6.20 m), play table-tennis, go cycling or walking, relax in the yard and use barbecue facilities. There is a children's playground and the site is perfectly safe for the kids to run around, jump in the water and have fun. Private parking on the site.  Families with teenagers can borrow a tent with simple beddings for no extra charge. Setting up a tent for them will satisfy all of you: it will give your children a feeling of freedom and will enable you to have some more space in the bedroom (not to speak of your own privacy...). A real twofer! Guest access The guests have access to the swimming pool, the children's playground, the garden and the chicken house. Other things to note Please be informed that there is a tourist and promo tax to pay on the day of leaving our place (preferably in cash) - totalling € 3.00 per adult per night, €1.50 per child age 7 to 18 per night. Children to age 7 are tax exempt.
