The space ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Crystal Beach, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a two minute drive from the sandy shores of the Gulf. Cars are permitted to park on the beach. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway. The first bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom boasts a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a full-over-full bunk bed – perfect for families with kids. The final bedroom is a haven for little ones, complete with twin bunks. For outdoor enthusiasts, the charcoal grill provides an opportunity to savor juicy burgers while your children and furry companions frolic in the oversized yard.
