Welcome to Casa de Agave. Every detail of this space has been thoughtfully curated to bring you the very best vacation stay imaginable. We are following our County and CDC guidelines for cleaning due to Covid19. We will also be blocking our listing in between each reservation period to ensure we have the time to do the extensive cleaning to comply with County guidelines. Casa de Agave is a private property and only the registered guests have access to the grounds and amenities like the pool and jacuzzi. The fabulous 1940's trailer pictured alongside the deck is not accessible by guests. Guest access The gated grounds offer a beautiful deck, grill, and outdoor entertaining space. We want you to make yourselves at home and enjoy all of the spaces we've created. Other things to note A few things to be aware of... Casa de Agave uses video surveillance to monitor the outside of the property. This is for your safety. The cameras are located in the front yard and give 360 degree views of the street, driveway, front door and front yard. There are additional cameras in the back yard monitoring the pool, jacuzzi, trailer, bbq area and side yard. Activity is recorded and saved for 2 weeks after your departure. Please be aware of this before skinny dipping, sneaking a pet in or inviting friends to stay the night. There are NO cameras inside the house. TO MAKE A RESERVATION: You must have a verified government issued ID uploaded to your profile. You must have at least one positive review from a previous AirBNB stay. You must be 25 or older. ALL guests staying at Casa must be at least 25. If you're planning on traveling with a guest under 25, it must be pre-approved by the Casa property manager. We reserve the right to ask for ID from any guest staying at Casa. HOUSE RULES (Not following these rules will result in appropriate feedback and ratings) We are a non-smoking house. Smoking of any kind must be done outside. NO GLASS is allowed in or around the pool or jacuzzi. Breaking this rule will result in a fine of $1000 and additional fees may apply if damage to property or injury results from glass being brought into the pool area. We have provided plastic glasses for use in the pool and jacuzzi area. There is no lifeguard so please swim at your own risk. NO PETS are allowed at Casa. We are very strict on this policy. NO CHILDREN under 12 years of age are permitted to stay at Casa. Children over 12 may stay when accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. 2 person occupancy rules apply at all times. To help keep everyone safer in the midst of Covid-19, we ask that you wash your dishes, either by hand or in the dishwasher. Take your bathroom and kitchen trash and recycling to the bins in the yard. Strip the bed and place all linens in the plastic bag provided. Joshua Tree is a beautiful and untamed place. We strongly suggest keeping the doors closed if you want to avoid bugs or worse inside the house. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils and dishes. We provide spices, oils, coffee beans and tea.
