Stairway to Haven is a classic lakeshore cottage situated in the historic Highland Park neighborhood in Grand Haven just a short walk from Grand Haven State Park beach, and close in proximity to downtown Grand Haven and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Stairway to Haven is located in Highland Park, a historic and iconic cottage community just up the hill from Grand Haven State Park. INSIDE THE HOUSE The home has four bedrooms and one bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, and porch areas as well as outdoor sitting areas behind the property and on the side of the house. Two parking spaces are provided. *Please note that this property is at the top of the hill and there are many stairs (100) to climb to get to the home* SLEEPING The cottage sleeps 6 people total which is the maximum occupancy allowed by the city. EATING There is a small dining room table in the kitchen that seats 4, and a larger one in the dining room area off the living room that seats 6 people. THE LOCATION Highland Park sits across the street and up the hill from Grand Haven State Park. The house is located in the back of the community. Note the property is only accessible by steps up from the parking area. There are close to 100 stairs to get to the property. Check In-Time: 4pm Check Out-Time: 10am CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations will be refunded if canceled 30 days or more prior to check-in. Any cancellations within 30 days of check-in will not be refunded. There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking.
